All of our products come with a  One (1) year warranty.  The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser with original purchase receipt from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defects.   Any defective part(s) will be replaced or repaired FREE OF CHARGE. The purchaser must pay to ship back to manufacturer.  This warranty does not cover bulb breakage of any kind, or any damage to the cables by boat, propeller, anchors, fishing hooks, or if the unit has been tampered with or misused in anyway, and does not cover any act of God such as hurricanes, floods, lightning strike, etc.

 

If a failure should ccur, The purchaser must ship the defective unit back to the manufacturer at the purchaser’s expense for inspection. If the unit is found to be defective, that same unit will be repaired or a new unit or another repaired unit will be shipped back to the purchaser at the manufacturer’s expense.

 

 

If the unit was not installed properly as per the manufacturer’s installation instructions provided or the unit has been found to be misused or tampered with in any manner and the unit and or bulb or wire(s) needs to be repaired and or replaced from DAMAGE not covered by the warranty, the purchaser agrees to contact the manufacturer and request a price quote for the repair.
